When Was It Introduced?
The Cambodia e-Arrival Card became mandatory on 1 July 2024. It was piloted at Phnom Penh International Airport before expanding to Siem Reap Angkor International Airport and covering all nationalities.
Who Operates the System?
The system is operated by Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior and General Department of Immigration. The official website is arrival.gov.kh. An official mobile app – Cambodia e-Arrival – is available on iOS and Android.
Which Airports Require the Cambodia Arrival Card?
As of 2026, the e-Arrival Card is required for air travelers arriving at:
- Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH)
- Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI)

What Information Is Collected?
